About the Artist


Cindy is an artist that can easily be considered the “jack of all trades.” After obtaining her B.S. in Art Education at Penn State University and teaching in three local school districts for 17 years, she’s also been teaching private painting lessons for an astounding 29 years. With five classes each week, Cindy has taught oils, watercolors, sewing and crafts. Aside from countless exhibits, she has also created several murals and backdrops, and has done costuming and stage designs for the dance school in which her daughters attend, whom she considers to be her other full time job. With such a focus on teaching others her skill and passing on the joy of art, one would wonder how she finds the time to produce her own beautiful paintings. Whether it’s snapping a photograph from her travels or taking part in plane aire painting, Cindy’s work is memorable and truly represents the presence of a natural born talent.
